Cancellation Policy

Any and all SisterlocksTM services are subject to a nonrefundable 50% deposit required at the time of booking as services rendered are by appointment only and needed to secure time block. All Sisterlocks Retie appointments are booked in three hour increments and accrue a hourly service fee once services exceed the aforementioned time block. All repair appointments will be booked on a different date and time from regularly scheduled Retie appointments as severity of repairs can and do very. All other appointments require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total service booked before or at time of appointment request approval and will be pre authorized with your designated card on file. Other payment options available upon request. This deposit secures time and date of appointment request as well as compensation for last minute cancellation. This does Not apply to consultations as complete payment must be received before or at time of booking. All cancellations will be charged an automatic cancellation fee of 50% of base price and No Rebooking after second Cancellation as this is not only inconvenient to other clients waiting for availability but also hazardous to integrity and health of your Locs.
